Pathetic service by FNB

I am made a payment on the 31st of October hoping that the payment will clear the following day.. Is skipped Sunday a d Monday no funds cleared,I was informed that tomorrow the funds should clear into my Standard. Bank Account, in am currently at Risk as my debit orders are bouncing, I reached out today again on the 4th and the payment is still not cleared ,this is my first time experience such **** service from FNB ,the consultants seems not be aware of anything,they just tell me payment take 1-3days .And now a guy by the name Jacob is telling me about an issue with Payshap but I'd don't even use Payshap to make payments..this is very pathetic and reason to close accounts FNB Has degenerated into Mick mouse Bank.If you go on youtube there is a number of foreigners advertising that they open FNB Accounts for a fee while the person is not even in the country and no required documents,Many Business accounts are being open for foreigners with no any due diligence,then you wonder how the country can not be greylisted which such practices by FNB ?
