Pathetic service by FNB

For the past 2 days I've been trying to get a debit order reversal and dispute with FNB chat support, however all they do is put me on hold for more than 4 hours without any update. On Friday I had to hold for more than 6 hours and still no one came through to assist me. What kind of service is this?
