Pathetic service

Another bad review for fnb. You are becoming the most pathetic bank I have ever been with. I try make a payment through the app on Thursday and says I have already made a payment within 3 hours , but never went through today same thing. What is the point of this function when it does not work. Your so called chat service through the app is also ridiculous, do you expect us the customers to wait till someone is available to chat? Most of the time they don’t respond and just go offline again. This is a lazy and pathetic company. Sort out my issue or I will go to the media and ***** you the way you ***** me!
