Pathetic service

The service from Abigail Grainger at fnb plumstead is pathetic. I took my son there on Monday to open a student account. She assured us that once his card arrives he would need to go to an fnb atm to activate his atm card in order to use the fnb app. So his card arrives and he gets to an fnb atm only to discover he cannot change his pin or activate his card for the app. Try calling the fnb call center.... Good luck. You need to call during office hours because they don't have a 24 hour call center. What a waste of time...
