Pathetic Service

We visited Protea Glen Mall Branch on Saturday to place a notice on our Social Club account, We were given a phone to speak to a consultant that's when pathetic service started. Firstly we were holding too long on the phone, finally, we got through then we were transferred , then consultant wanted to speak to the Branch consultant while she was busy verifying us, he dropped the phone. We called again then got transferred I think twice or so in the process one raised his voice when we raising our dissatisfaction about the service. We left the branch after 12pm without being assisted and we arrived at the branch before 11 am. What a terrible and pathetic service we had.
