Pathetic service

I’ve been getting unauthorized debit orders on my account and told FNB about. They told me to call the company and I called em but they still took my money. I spoke to my banker about this and nothing has been done about it and they took the money again today while the previous one hasn’t been sorted out. FNB is failing to protect our accounts as customers. They pride themselves as the best but they’re the best in failing. We all know in RSA about companies that are debiting accounts without the consent of the holder but FNB is still not helping us out in this. They’re the worse ever.
