Pathetic service!

I have been trying for a couple of days now to settle and close my personal loan, to no avail! I have several numbers I tried calling, but all goes unanswered. In fact, at one occasion I held on for 45min!!! Pathetic! Even their “Secure chat” via the FNB app is useless as not one consultant helped me! Really awful customer service and not becoming of FNB! All I want is to speak to someone regarding my settlement, closure and “paid up” letter, but seems an impossibility with FNB! Horrible experience!
