Pathetic service

PATHETIC. You call the number and as usual they need to put you through to correct department after you thought you were dialing the correct department. You are then put on hold for over ten minutes. After the person on the other end answers and you are still talking they simply put the phone down........... This is Totally UNACCEPTABLE
