Pathetic service

My second review. I wrote the first one last week Friday. This whole week I got nowhere with my problem. It seems the bank is simply ignoring me. I have been banking with them for over 30 years and now I am treated like this.

On 26 June I paid Takealot R6504 with my credit card for an order.

Takealot claimed not to have received the payment and cancelled my order.

I struggled with Takealot who then sent me proof that they rejected the payment.

Now I am struggling with FNB to get this money credited back to my account.
