Pathetic service
Service is pathetic I am trying to open a business account and every time it is 40 minutes on the phone with no answer.

05 Aug 2020, 13:09So FNB said they will call me between 24 and 48 hours to resolve the matter but it has been more than 48 hours and still nothing I do not recommend FNB and will never use them again for a business account.
