Pathetic Service

I app**** for a temp loan last year and it was paid off. I tried applying for credit and to my surprise I was declined because FNB listed me and account status shows in arrears, I went to the sandton city branch and the consultant told me this happens and I should call the collections department and request a paid up letter. I did in June and still haven’t received the letter. In July I called again and requested the paid up letter again. I spoke to Ntsako who also confirmed that the account was paid up on their side and it will take them 4 working days to issue the letter. Two days later Ntsako called me to request the loan information I was surprised that the bank doesn’t have the loan information yet they listed me. Today 10 August I still haven’t received the paid up letter. I can’t apply for credit anywhere because of this listing. Tried calling the call centre and I’m not getting any assistance instead I’ve been sent from one clueless agent to another. Putting me on hold for 15min
