Pathetic Service

Settled my account in full 3 months ago, and FNB personal loans hands me over to attorneys now. Clearly someone did not do their job to update and close the account. I'm being harassed for money, and nobody is getting back to me after I provided the settlement offer, paid up letter and proof of payment. I was transferred to more than 4 people when contacting the collections department with no joy!
