Pathetic service

Truly shocked by the lack of service my previous hello peter complaint was probably jusy closed. I still have not received feedback nor my refund after fnb promised thay my funds will reflect back in my account on the 7th already. The only communication i received from fnb was the 6th of May and they promised the refund should reflect the next day
