Pathetic service

I seem to receive the worst service from FNB all the time . I app**** for a re-advance on my home loan 2 weeks ago and receive no feedback except something about a system error. perhaps you should remove the 24 hours response on your website because its a very deceiving statement. can someone get back to me so I know whether to move on, this is truly unacceptable!!!
