Pathetic service at fnb in Newcastle mall

Fnb Service in Newcastle mall is a disaster. I have been to a lot of fnb branches this had to the worst one. Everyone in the queue is just complaining here.. Long unnecessary queues. I mean you can't wait in the queue for 20 minutes only to be told you cannot be assisted at the door, that's number 1. Number 2 please hire staff if you are under-staffed.
