Pathetic service at FNB Forex

On Friday 17/09/21 I attempted to deposit USD into my FNB account at FNB Cresta. After 45 mins I was told that almost half the money was not acceptable and that they could not process my transaction (no reason given). On Monday the 20th I went through exactly the same experience again. And again later the day at Northgate, this time with the additional arrogant response that I can wait or come back. I subsequently went to Western Union and ALL the money was exchanged within 10 minutes.
