PATHETIC SERVICE AT FNB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am utterly disgusted at the service at FNB!!!! First of all most of their branches are closing so we are forced to deal with *********** staff at their call centers! Secondly their call center staff are extremely ***********!!!! I have been debited for FNB LIFE for years and do not know what it is for??!!! i took to finding out what it was for 6 months ago. To my dismay when I call the FNB LIFE number *** the consultant who answers my call can never assist and refers me to General enquiries. General enquiries in turn refers me back to FNB LIFE!! WHAT THE HELL??!! Debit order ref: FNBLIFE OD01GV85 190828!
