Pathetic service at FNB branch in Kolonnade Mall
The service at the new renovated FNB in Kolonnade Mall is ridiculous. The white lady acknowledges only the white people. That's pure ****** to me. The branch is absolutely beautiful but the attitude is disgusting. I'm dissapointed.

27 Nov 2020, 11:00I only received a call once while I was on a call from FNB in Kolonnade. They never tried to call me back until now. Clearly there's no consistency.
