Ihave had an ongoing query with FNB for close on a year still nothing has been done to sort this out

I now have another query where the useless chat assistance app**** for money to be return to my account after i made the mistake of paying into and inactive account R1000 chatted with the banker last week tuesday and am still waiting for the reversal that they said would be 4 - 5 working days almost 10 working days now and i have not heard anything
