Pathetic service, as always. "How can we disappoint you" should be the slogan

Unsurprisingly this is the second time this week i write to complain about a bank. This time it relates to FNB. My wife was ****** at an ATM, using my cheque card, via a very sophisticated **** whereby the ATM was *******ed and details (includng pin and cellphone number) was ******. Money was ****** (to the maximum of my daily limit), within moments. Few moments later the ********** tried *****ing large sums from the account but fortunately to no avail as my wife was smart and entered incorrect phone number when the ATM prompted for my cellphone number. I closed the account via the call centre but decided to go to a branch when i realised that the ********** were trying to ***** more money from the account via eWallet (or something of that sort). At the bank i had to endure waiting in a long queue because no manager was on site and none of the consultants were willing to assist me. Whilst waiting in line, i decided, as a preventative measure, to contact the call centre again to ensure that no further monies were ****** from me, a bank staff member told me rudely to take my call outside (due to apparant security measures, notwithstading that i, too, was experiencing a security issue!), i tried to explain the situation but i received condescending and arrogant facial expressions in return. I decided not to make a scene, and waited in line for my turn at the consultant. Nonetheless, this incident occured on 1 June 2016, today is 17 June 2016, and i have not yet heard from the forensic department of FNB. This is not within the turnaround time promised to clients (which is ten working days). I have been offered a private cheque account, but do not see the point thereof as being a premier cheque account holder does not bring me any benefits whatsoever! I am seriously considering going to Capitech since they are the only desperate bank out there willing to give decent service in order to win business.
