PATHETIC SERVICE AS ALWAYS

Good day admin,

To whom it is concerned. I need urgent assistance. I called your general enquiries to your loan department and i holded for 30 minutes. Someone answered and immediately put me back to your line and had to wait another 30 Minutes without any luck. I just got cut without any help.

Inshort i can say that FNB service is very annoying and pathetic.

I wanna downgrade my FNB personal cheque account ASAP to savings. I cannot have a service that doesn't add value to my life.

Secondly i want someone from Law on call to contact me ASAP

Lastly i want someone from your loan department to contact me ASAP

I hope i will be contacted today as the above matters are urgent
