Pathetic service as always.

1 star is too much... I have been laid off and was approved for my Credit Protection Plan to kick in to cover my premiums until I can get income again this CPP was paid since I have my Card... They did pay my first installment for me and now still not having an income, not for the lack of trying they send me messages that they are going to take legal action against me. How can you pay insurance for years and when you need it they only assist with 1 premium. They are quick to call and send people emails when they dont get what they want but continually drags things out when you as a customer need assistance. The secure chat is just as useless...they give you customer care numbers but that doesnt even ring when dialed. How the hell can people pay for a product and not get what they pay for. This is pathetic, I have never dealt with such incompetence....
