Pathetic service and useless Secure chat

I had a Secure chat on 18 November 2025 explicitly telling them that I do not want early debits in December as I do not have the prevelege of getting paid early and I was assured that I will be excluded from early debit. To my surprise, I was debited on 15 December 2025 which I became aware of the next day on the 16th and I immediately had another secure chat with Lungile about this inconvenience and she told me the matter has been escalated and I will be refunded between 24 and 48 hours. Today I followed up and had a secure chat with Nthabiseng who said no escalation was done and she will only escalate the matter now and I should wait another 24 to 72 hours like seriously. I'm the one who's being inconvenienced and there is sense of urgency.

This is nonsense mybe it's high time I consider switching banks.
