Pathetic service and systems. No PETROL CARD

What is going with FNB? I've ordered 2 petrol cards on my business account. I see the cards on my fnb profile but have no idea where the cards are.

Nobody contacted us, no sms received NOTHING!!!

Treid to call the call centre yesterday but once again was transferred from one person to another.

Every week we have problems with fnb.
