Pathetic service and no sense of urgency from the agents

I can believe the pathetic service from FNB Home loans,to change a simple debit order date and account number something that can be done on the phone within minutes I’ve been sent from pillar to post really you can do better,If I skip payment on my bond it will be a big deal
