Pathetic service and no car attitude from fnb and groenewald lubbe attorneys

My credit card account was handed over to groenewald lubbe attorneys for missing 2 payments. I could not make the payment at the time because I was unemployed and did not receive any benefits. I made the arrangements to pay my account on a monthly basis and stayed up to date with all my payments and have made all my payments directly to fnb and I was not informed by fnb that I now need to pay gla for all my future payments. On the 7th of September 2020 I received an email from groenewald lubbe attorneys regarding a discount offer for my credit payment I was told to pay a certain amount before 31st October to qualify which I did and my final payment that was offered to me I managed to pay on the 6th of October 2020. I emailed groenewald lubbe attorneys with the proof of payment in order for them to close my account on the 7th of October 2020. After numerous emails and calls to groenewald lubbe attorneys and fnb they still have not closed my account and pushing me from pillar to post. Am now getting ****ed off for poor service from fnb and gla. My ***
