Pathetic service and mispresentation of information

Like iam tired of your guys **** I don't know if your plan is to sit and annoy customers and frustrate them because u promise to do something but instead the opposite happens, I went to your chilli lane branch and was convinced to take out a funeral cover which I did and was advised that the first debit order will go off in August then I got a letter stating that it will go off in July but I got baffled as I was told otherwise now you went and debited my account when I specified that I won't be having funds because I knew that the funds weren't in my budget and I got assured that it will only be in August and u now go and **** up my credit record as bad as it is, your incompetence and non customer centricity is just shocking to say the least please cancel your ****ing funeral plan and clear the rd fees and don't call me telling me to go to the ****ing branch
