Pathetic service and interests

Good Evening,

Kindly advise on what is going on with my personal loan. Money have been deducted from my account (Covid relief Account) for the past 3 months but the money I am owing is not reducing. Repo rates have went down but I am still being charged the same interest rates.

Kindly advise on my credit card as well, I have an insurance that I pay monthly but it couldn't cover me for the lockdown months. I called the call center last month and the lady I spoke to said that she will enquire and give me feedback but she never got back to me with any feedback.
