PATHETIC SERVICE AND INEFFICIENT BANK

I'm in the process of purchasing a home and my bond has been approved by several financial service providers including FNB. I chose to go with FNB as they are my personal bank, huge mistake on my part.

Since the beginning of the process FNB has been giving me the run around regarding life cover and certain benefits that FNB require. They did not stipulate their requirements clearly.

I have added those required benefits to my existing policy and FNB is still not satisfied. FNB has been in contact with my attorneys but when asked to contact me, they have not.

I have tried contacting FNB via telephone as well as the app to get a quote on life cover and their required benefits and have not got a response to date. My attonery has also contacted FNB several times to make contact with me and they have not.

This pathetic and unprofessional bank is holding up the process of me purchasing my home. I have also incurred unnecessary charges due to FNB and I hold them responsible.

I have banked with FNB for many years. They were my first bank and I find it very difficult to believe that this is how they treat their loyal customers.
