Pathetic service and *********** staff
I tried calling and keep getting transferred. The agent the picked up last, put me on hold for so so hold until I dropped. I was taken off hold and the agent then muted. Absolutely disgusting service. I need assistance regarding my credit card as the payment went off but the balance is showing 0. Please clear urgently

03 Jun 2022, 07:29My query is still not resolved and now I once again disappointed again as you have charged me over 200 for an unpaid debit which I paid. When the debit bounced, I put money in my account the same day and now you have debited another amount stating unpaid debit. Resolve this immediately and pay me back my money!
