Pathetic Service and Incompetence

I had a temporary loan with FNB subsequently after that I was unemployed and unable to pay, I recently contacted Fnb to make payments. I called the contact centre and I asked how much I owe they said R800 is the balance, I made that payment and been trying to get in touch with them for settlement letter now they send me from pillar to post. They just told me I owe R39 only after making a payment. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. Their consultants hangs up calls on me. When purchasing or taking fnb products think twice.
