Pathetic service and empty promises.

Disgusting service from FNB whom I once held in such high esteem. My cards expired on 31.05.21 and I already app**** for new ones in April. When I realised there was no response on delivery I called and was told by the courier I would receive them in 3-5 days. The following week I call again only to be told my cards have not been issued by the bank. I call the bank and get told they cannot see where my cards actually are as I do not have the banking app I now need to go into the bank. My accounts cannot be accessed currently and they don't care. This is the service even though when u call u get told by a voice prompt....no need to come into the branch. Such lies and poor service.
