pathetic service and damaging suppliers reputation

I got a call from tebogho molefe offering a 2 for 1 deal on a cellphone package from fnb devices. I received the package about 3 days later and checked the phones out and was not happy with devices. After cancelling I told him I wanted a different deal which he didn't even process but told me it is on its way. I logged a cancellation call the next day to return the package as I have a 14 day period. Two days after receiving the package I get a deduction from Vodacom on fnb account which I never agreed too or even gave a deduction date. I called fnb and got sent to different departments and after 2 days off constant trying to get hold of someone to help me they said it takes 21 days for ram to collect the devices, then only Vodacom will pay my money back. Ram has collected the package after two weeks of cancellation and still no funds returned, no call from fnb, no call from tebogho. This morning I call again and fnb devices tell me THAT I NEED to call Vodacom. Too hell with that!!! I got the devices through fnb not Vodacom. RAM why 21days?? VODACOM the devices weren't activated even??. I will not work with RAM, VODACOM AND FNB very pathetic services recived thanks to FNB
