Pathetic service and breach of confidentiality and trust

Very disappointing service. Someone else's ID is linked to my profile. I have been with FNB over 10 years and have been trying to resolve this forever. Someone else's accounts are on my profile. Is this not a breach of confidentiality. I have been to the branch with my ID copies and all documents, assured it has been sorted. Took time off work. Called premier banking over 20 times to report the same issue. To date nothing has been done. How is a white males ID linked to me an Indian females profile. Numerous complaints still nothing accomplished or resolved.
