Pathetic service again received from Fnb

Fnb has done it again l registered a claim on Thursday after waiting on the que for 3 hours and till today l have not received any response mind you this is a funeral claim and it's been 3 working days and 2 weekend days which makes it 5 days of waiting for money in order for me to bury my brother .l have never missed an installment l have paid my installments full and on time l don't know what gives fnb the right to treat people in this monor like really you're grieving and you still have to stress about following up fnb this is not on guys no man fnb l don't even know what to say about this kind of service.
