Pathetic service again FNB
Absolutely pathetic service yet again. After been debitted four times the agreed amount I have tried to contact FNB only to be put on hold for over an hour last week. Two emails sent and still no response. Its been over a week and still no help or assistance from anyone at FNB. Not the first time I experienced this but will be the last as I will definitely be switching to another bank.

08 Jul 2019, 11:10So after all the delay I finally got a call from someone at FNB who was extremely sincere and helpful, really was a pleasure speaking to her but that was on Friday morning and I still have not got my money refunded to me. Thanks again FNB!!
