Pathetic service after freezing funds

5 weeks ago fnb froze R10 000 in my account, accusing me of a ********** transaction. I sent them proof the following day, proving the transaction was legitimate. The amount still remains in suspension. I understand the need for investigation but this is now beyond rediculous. I have had NO follow up or feed back. I think my only option now is to approach the banking ombudsman. Please could fnb respond and explain what is going on.
