Pathetic service.

Worst service ever! Been 3 months now trying to receive statements and letters issued from FNBdebtReview so I can clear my name and move on with my life. Even when you escalate the matter or follow up then it is another 4 working days. How difficult is it to just issue a freaking letter saying all accounts are paid up and the remaining homeloan is not in arrears.

PATHETIC.
