Pathetic Service: Account number ***

They are pathetic. Have been struggling to withdraw from my homeloan savings, because someone recorded my cellphone number wrong. I am now held ransom from withdrawing my money because of something that they did wrong. I am forced to go to the branch. I am in Pretoria and 3 of their branches were closed due to COVID. I am not going to the branch and I want my money. This is the last time I take a loan especially from you.
