Pathetic Service absolutely horrified

Kabelo is absolutely useless, he doesn't know how to use his system, how to contact someone that does, but he is excellent at putting you on hold and cutting calls on customers that have been with fnb for over 10 years. I'm devastated that these are the people that actually work on my account. Sorry but this is it for me and fnb, shape up or ship out
