Pathetic service
Hi FNB
Does any of your call centre staff now what department handles smart devices queries? I have been holding for 30 minutes and have been put through to 4 different departments and nobody knows how to assist me..you guys are transferring my call like my call is free and its damn annoying, eventually the call was cut from your side.
How difficult can it be to query something so simple? 30 minutes with no outcome is madness. The service is pathetic!

So I have had numerous people contact me regarding me query which I appreciate thank you but,
I do understand fnb has terms and conditions during their promotion periods, if you advertise a promotion with the date in big and bold how does it make sense to just change the pricing before the date advertised? So example the dates on fnb smart devices website black Friday promotion suppose to run from 20th November to 4th December and everything was changed by the 1st of December,
I know every terms and conditions would have these clause to protect the company but as a customer its absolutely disappointing.
In future we consumers cannot take your promotions as advertised we need to make sure we read the terms and conditions.
Imagine going to a shop that is having a sale till a certain date and when you go to buy something they tell you we ended the sale early? Only because we can thats very annoying and disappointing.
