Pathetic service

How long does FNB actually take to provide feedback on a hello peter complaint? I've already been waiting exactly 1 month for feedback on a case logged and now a further 5 days for FNB's complaint department to actually give me a call. Pathetic pathetic service to say the least, I am highly disappointed by FNB. REF***NF
