Pathetic Service

FNB actually doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating because I am paying for a service that I am not getting as their private client! I've been sending emails without a response to both Hlengiwe Ntwana and Ronnet Pillay about my policy that I need cancelled from cession. After sharing my frustration with the poor service I've been receiving still they see no urgency in responding. Why am I paying the monthly fees I'm paying monthly if you're failing to provide the service???
