the complain about FNB was logged on the 20th of Oct today 24 oct 2023 at 12;42 I get a call from Navisha saying she is doing a follow up on the complaint. I don't understand please can someone who knows how to address complaint call me cos following up with me to me it means I should have investigated and then obliged to give feedback. i swear should i have a problem with the salary this month all hell will break lose cos it was late for me to cancel due to payroll cut off.
