Pathetic service

I’ve had a business account with this bank for almost a year now. Sad to say I used to be the one referring people to this bank. The service is atrocious to say the least. If you want to frustrate yourself, this is your bank. My account was compromised (I will assume it was an inside job because no one bothered to provide feedback after numerous attempts seeking for this feedback) if not that number of unexplained issues with payments and online banking. A malfunctioning AI routing system which will toss you around from pillar to post and without proper resolution. They just don’t care about service as long as they have your money and they can move it around for their own selfish interests.
