pathetic service

i have laid a complaint on the 17th of march 2021 with your ***** department and was told my case has been closed .how do you close an unresolved case when you have records of everything i have never in my lifetime since i have banked with you purchased anything online and the funny party is that no one even bothered to call and alert me like other banks do when there are unusual transactions this is baffling and iam irate to say the least and want this matter attended to as a matter of urgency no amount can just mysteriously go off someones account with transactions that are just a few minutes apart your service sucks guys honestly
