Pathetic Service

It took me about three months to change debit order details on my home loan. I sent several emails to the Home loan department - no response from them. You call and wait for over 30min just to talk to a consultant who have no idea of what is happening. the call get dropped they will not call you back. I see FNB winning awards but their service is pathetic
