Pathetic Service

FNB once again, worst bank ever. I cannot believe slogan of "How can we help you" should not even be there. I get a pop message on my FNB app and when I question on how to redeem the voucher, no one can assist me, I mean no one. I called in and was transferred about 3 times for 5 different advisors and finally I was asked to email pictures of the message but still no reply. Promotion is now even expired and still no response.
