Pathetic service
I need to reverse a debit order. I sent an online request, tried calling every day since last week Wednesday but no one answers in that department... no assistance at all, very bad service..

After trying for five days to speak to a consultant- I eventually got through (after holding for half n hour), but at least its sorted and the debit order was reversed with the money immediately in my account. Thanks to the consultant who assisted.
