Pathetic service!!!

My ref number for the ***** case ***. I reported a ***** with a company named pmp mining in may 2023. I was told a ***** detective would make contact with me, however no one has contacted me or informed me of any progress made in the case. I lost R54 000. I am a loyal client of fnb for almost 17yrs and this is how I am being treated. colleagues who have lost funds banking with capitec and NEDBANK with this same company have already been paid out and informed that the accounts were frozen and monies retrieved.
